Solution Engineer France（Utility PV & BESS）

• Provide technological consulting to customers and colleagues in Account Management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical questions during quotation preparation and first-level customer support.
• Facilitate communication between our HQ in China and France, and other offices regarding product development, technical improvements, and changes.
• Evaluate certification requirements, oversee testing and certification processes, and possess a profound understanding of local grid codes in France.
• Conduct frequent benchmarking of our products against competitors and monitor market developments.
• Proactively visiting clients and conducting meetings

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 years of proven experience as a Solution Engineer, Technical Consultant in renewable energy industry.
• Strong technical background in power electronics, preferably with a degree or major in power electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in French and English (written and verbal), with the ability to provide technical consulting, negotiations, and presentations.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• A European driving license is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Europe for customer meetings and project site visits.
