Requirements
- You have experience in a Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Implementation role
- You have a background in marketing strategy and automation, including hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable enterprise marketing platform
- You have working expertise with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and practical AI applications
- You are fluent in both French and English, with the ability to present complex data and AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- (Desirable) You have prior experience working with or selling to NGOs, charities, or the broader non-profit sector
- (Desirable) You have deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform and specific Marketing Cloud modules such as Account Engagement or Engagement
- (Desirable) You have experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift, or familiarity with Data Engineering, Machine Learning, or Agentic AI
- (Desirable) You speak German or Spanish in addition to French and English
What the job involves
- Join the NGO EMEA Solutions Engineering team, where you help Non-Profit Organizations scale their impact through Marketing, Data, and AI
- As a Solutions Engineer, you partner with NGO clients and internal account teams to design and validate solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce — translating complex technology into meaningful outcomes for the non-profit sector across EMEA
- Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops to design solution blueprints that address NGO challenges such as donor retention, constituent personalization, and volunteer engagement
- Build and deliver customized demonstrations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce to secure technical wins with C-level, IT, and Business stakeholders
- Develop Points of View (POVs) and reusable demo assets tailored to the non-profit sector, incorporating the latest AI and data capabilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Core Solution Engineers, Sales, and Product teams to support technical sales campaigns and go-to-market activity across EMEA
