Application Support & Incident Management :

• Handle Level 3 and Level 4 incident tickets.

• Analyze functional and technical issues impacting the application.

• Perform investigations across the application, databases, and related interfaces.

• Identify root causes and coordinate the implementation of corrective actions.

• Communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Functional Analysis :

• Gather and analyze business requirements.

• Develop a strong understanding of the business processes supported by customer.

• Produce detailed functional specifications.

Technical Activities :

• Perform technical analysis of incidents, defects, and enhancement requests.

• Contribute to the creation of technical specifications.

• Conduct data analysis and execute SQL queries.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of application architecture and support processes.

Testing & Validation :

• Design and prepare test scenarios.

• Execute functional, integration, and regression testing campaigns.

• Validate delivered solutions before production deployment
