For more than 30 years, Hardis Supply Chain has been helping retailers transform their supply chain operations. Building on this success, Hardis is accelerating the growth of its Order Management business through Hardis OMS. We are looking for a Solution Consultant OMS to join our team in Lille and play a key role in establishing and expanding our OMS business in the French market.

This is a unique opportunity to combine the agility and influence of a growing product team with the strength of a leading supply chain software company employing more than 500 Supply Chain professionals in France.

Joining Hardis OMS means more than participating in implementation projects. You will become one of the key contributors to the growth of our OMS activity in France, helping shape customer success, deployment methodologies, product evolution and market adoption.

Project implementation

Lead or support the implementation of customer solutions from analysis through go-live

Coordinate implementation activities and ensure alignment between customer expectations and project scope

Identify risks, dependencies and potential roadblocks early, and take ownership of implementation progress to drive success

Ensure implementation activities are performed in line with our information security policies

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and professional follow-up

Solution design

Translate customer requirements into functional solution designs

Advise customers on best practices, standard functionalities, and optimal system setup

Identify gaps between business requirements and standard solution capabilities, and propose suitable alternatives and product improvements

Work closely with technical and functional specialists to validate and implement proposed solutions

Participate in project go-lives

Prepare and execute testing activities together with the customer and internal stakeholders

Participate in and coordinate important go-lives and support both the customer and project team

ENGLISH CVYou are analytical, solution-oriented, and enjoy translating customer requirements into practical solutions while collaborating closely with both customers and internal teams.

Knowledge of and/or affinity withsoftware implementation projects and customer-facing environments

Experience with retail / e-com and/or supply chain is a preferenceapplication integrations, APIs and cloud technologiesthe business process surrounding order managementproject collaboration tools (such as JIRA)

You are/haveanalytical, solution-oriented and think outside the boxgood and professional communication skills, both verbal and writtena professional and academic educational background Languages

Full working proficiency in English and French Proficiency in Dutch is a plus
