Solution Consultant OMS
Hardis Supply Chain has developed an Order Management solution for retailers: Hardis OMS. Hardis OMS is the focal point in the digital commerce landscape of our customers.
As a Solution Consultant, you play a key role in translating business requirements into successful implementations and guiding customers throughout the project lifecycle.
You will prepare and implement the first French OMS customer onboarding!

Responsibilities
- Lead or support the implementation of customer solutions from analysis through go‑live
- Coordinate implementation activities and ensure alignment between customer expectations and project scope
- Identify risks, dependencies and potential roadblocks early, and take ownership of implementation progress to drive success
- Ensure implementation activities are performed in line with our information security policies
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and professional follow‑up
- Translate customer requirements into functional solution designs
- Advise customers on best practices, standard functionalities, and optimal system setup
- Identify gaps between business requirements and standard solution capabilities, and propose suitable alternatives and product improvements
- Work closely with technical and functional specialists to validate and implement proposed solutions
Project Go‑Lives
- Prepare and execute testing activities together with the customer and internal stakeholders
- Participate in and coordinate important go‑lives and support both the customer and project team
You will collaborate with internal project managers, product management, technical experts, and operations, as well as external customers, project teams, and implementation partners.

Profile Required
Languages: Full working proficiency in English and French. Proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
