Solution Architect - REMOTE

In this role, you will significantly impact how our clients utilize data through cloud-based solutions. As a Solution Architect, you will collaborate with customers to optimize their workflows and data configurations. Your expertise will play a crucial role in streamlining their experience and ensuring successful implementation. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients toward operational excellence via standardized practices and innovative solutions. Accountabilities

• Partner directly with customers to guide them toward standardized and efficient use of tools.
• Configure optimal workflows within cloud solutions, promoting standardized capabilities.
• Provide consultative guidance to ensure seamless service implementation and adoption.
• Troubleshoot configuration challenges and recommend tailored solutions.
• Architect data integration across cloud platforms to drive capability.
• Develop and document best practices for project data management.
• Act as a liaison between clients and product teams for user feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize product enhancements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data management or infrastructure solutions.
• 5+ years of experience building documented scripts (preferably with PowerShell).
• Ability to understand and optimize SQL Stored Procedures and SQL Queries.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture and workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with BS1192 and ISO19650 for BIM management.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Hands‑on experience with solution design and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts effectively.
