Change Management & Continuous Improvement

  • ives: Contribute to transversal initiatives to secure continuous improvement of architecture practices at Pernod Ricard.

Technical Leadership

  • orship: Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • velopment: Design and document solution architectures, including system components, interfaces, data flows, and integration points.
  • luation: Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and framework.
  • y: Make recommendations for technology adoption based on industry trends, client requirements, and proje
  • al: Identify potential risks and issues related to solution arc.
  • rans: Develop mitigation strategies to address risks and ensure projec
  • ment: Ensure that architectures are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
  • r: Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 10–12 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect, ideally within Manufacturing, Operations, or Production environments.
  • Strong background in enterprise-level software development methodologies, frameworks, and technologies.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering complex technology solutions in large-scale business environments.
  • Good understanding of Operations, Production, and Manufacturing business processes.
  • Solid knowledge of ERP systems and their role in supporting operational business functions.
  • Understanding of OT systems and their integration with enterprise landscapes.
  • Experience with solution design across multisite and multi-instance environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing, microservices architecture, and API design.
  • Knowledge of architectural frameworks, design patterns, and integration technologies.
  • Understanding of data management principles and their role in enterprise solutions.
  • Experience with cloud-native development and serverless computing is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to work across business and technology teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience with ITSM processes and agile ways of working is a plus.
  • Experience in consumer goods, FMCG, or similarly complex global organization.
