Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 10–12 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect, ideally within Manufacturing, Operations, or Production environments.
- Strong background in enterprise-level software development methodologies, frameworks, and technologies.
- Proven experience designing and delivering complex technology solutions in large-scale business environments.
- Good understanding of Operations, Production, and Manufacturing business processes.
- Solid knowledge of ERP systems and their role in supporting operational business functions.
- Understanding of OT systems and their integration with enterprise landscapes.
- Experience with solution design across multisite and multi-instance environments.
- Familiarity with cloud computing, microservices architecture, and API design.
- Knowledge of architectural frameworks, design patterns, and integration technologies.
- Understanding of data management principles and their role in enterprise solutions.
- Experience with cloud-native development and serverless computing is an advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work across business and technology teams in a collaborative environment.
- Experience with ITSM processes and agile ways of working is a plus.
- Experience in consumer goods, FMCG, or similarly complex global organization.
