Urgent Requirement

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to design, guide, and oversee the development of cloud-native microservices on AWS. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot , combined with a solid architectural background and deep knowledge of Identity & Access Management using OKTA .

Key Responsibilities

• Design and define target architectures for applications built using AWS-based microservices.
• Lead technical decisions around service decomposition, API design, scalability, resilience, and security.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to development teams on Java and Spring Boot best practices.
• Design and implement Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using OKTA, including:
  • Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • OAuth2 / OpenID Connect (OIDC)
  • SAML
• Define standards for CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), observability, and cloud governance.
• Ensure architectural consistency, code quality, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps teams, security teams, and product owners.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot for microservices development.
• Experience designing and deploying microservices on AWS using:
  • ECS / EKS
  • AWS Lambda
  • API Gateway
  • ECR
• Strong knowledge of OKTA and authentication/authorization protocols:
  • OAuth2
  • OIDC
  • SAML
• Solid understanding of distributed architectures, including:
  • Messaging platforms
  • REST APIs
• Experience with DevOps practices:
  • Terraform / CloudFormation
• Knowledge of cloud security principles and secrets management.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer).
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools:
  • Dynatrace
  • CloudWatch
• Knowledge of AWS databases:
  • RDS
  • DynamoDB
  • SQL and NoSQL databases

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Solution Architecture.
• Ability to combine strategic architecture leadership with hands-on technical involvement.
