Responsibilities
- Manage day to day O&M coordination for Energea’s operating solar assets.
- Monitor asset performance, system availability, maintenance planning, and field execution.
- Work directly with Energea’s global project teams, local site contacts, contractors, and third‑party service providers.
- Build and maintain clear reporting tools, dashboards, trackers, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate preventive, corrective, and major maintenance activities.
- Support root cause analysis, issue resolution, warranty claims, and technical disputes.
- Maintain strong operating records, including maintenance logs, service reports, permits, contracts, insurance documentation, compliance files, and project records.
- Work closely with Engineering, Finance, Legal, HSE, Compliance, and Investment teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve asset performance, reduce downtime, and control operating costs.
- Ensure that Energea’s operating projects meet internal standards, contractual requirements, safety expectations, and long‑term performance goals.
Qualifications
- Direct solar experience is required.
- Strong experience in solar O&M, asset management, technical operations, or performance management.
- Experience supporting operating assets across multiple sites, markets, or jurisdictions.
- Strong understanding of solar PV performance, maintenance planning, monitoring systems, KPIs, service providers, and field operations.
- Ability to manage vendors, contractors, internal stakeholders, and external partners with urgency and professionalism.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with dashboards, reports, performance data, budgets, and operating metrics.
- Clear communicator who can work across countries, time zones, and departments.
- Portuguese and Spanish are a plus.
Location
Candidates must be located within commuting distance of Energea’s Chester, Connecticut office, or be willing to relocate. Regular in‑office presence will be expected. This role will support a global portfolio and will require coordination across multiple markets.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation range: $110,000-$130,000, depending on experience. Energea offers a competitive benefits package, including medical and dental benefits, a 401(k) plan, and flexible paid time off.
