Software Testing Analyst

As a Software Testing Analyst, you'll be instrumental in training AI models to understand, generate, and execute effective test strategies, transforming how software quality is assured in the age of AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed training data covering various software testing types: unit, integration, system, acceptance, performance, and security testing.
• Create examples of effective test automation scripts using popular frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, JUnit, Pytest).
• Evaluate AI-generated test cases and test plans for completeness, correctness, and adherence to best practices like the F.I.R.S.T principles.
• Formulate scenarios for defect reporting, root cause analysis, and regression testing, providing structured feedback for AI.
• Design training content on test data management, test environment setup, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for testing.
• Explain complex QA methodologies (e.g., Agile testing, TDD, BDD) and their practical application in software development lifecycles.

Ideal Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing roles.
• Proficiency with at least one major test automation framework (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, JUnit, Pytest).
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and various testing methodologies.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) and version control systems (Git).
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and defect reports.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) or security testing concepts is a plus.
