Software Team Lead — AI Accelerator Systems

Arago is seeking a Software Team Lead to coordinate the software group across the stack for AI accelerator products. You'll drive performance optimization, deploy pilot stacks, and align client specs with deliverables while mentoring a growing team and staying hands-on with code.

You will collaborate with chip architects and hardware teams during early silicon bring-up, own kernel libraries, runtimes, drivers, and tooling, and shape the technical roadmap for high-performance computing.
