Within our R&D department, we are looking for a Software Quality & Internal Tools Engineer (M/F) to strengthen the reliability, robustness, and performance of our software solutions. You will play a key role in the continuous quality improvement, the implementation of testing tools, and the evolution of our development pipeline.

Your responsibilities:

• Design and execute test plans (functional, non-functional, regression).
• Participate in test automation and the improvement of our internal tools.
• Contribute to the evolution of our CI/CD pipelines and development best practices.
• Collaborate with development, product, and quality teams.
• Take part in continuous improvement: incident analysis, robustness, software security.
• Provide a quality-driven perspective across the entire software lifecycle.

Your profile:

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or software quality (Bachelor’s to Master’s level).
• First experience in software testing, QA, development, or automation.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and CI/CD tools.
• Rigorous, detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated to improve internal tools.
• Proficiency in written and spoken French is required for this position. Knowledge of English is a plus.
• Work at the heart of a recognized SCADA software vendor.

Additional Information

• Contract location : working on-site at Boulogne-Billancourt (France) office is mandatory during your probation period
• Hybrid work policy : after your probation period, you may work remotely up to 2 days per week
