Software Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead an effective team that delivers high-quality user experiences on time
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders
• Coach team members and provide technical and leadership guidance
• Lead hiring and interviewing efforts to grow the team
• Communicate progress with stakeholders across the company

Requirements

• Proven experience leading teams
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java

  Script, Type

  Script, and CSS
• Strong understanding and experience with asynchronous programming
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Postgre

  SQL, and No

  SQL databases is desirable
• Engineering experience in the defense or security industry is a plus
