Software Engineer, TypeScript – Platform

• Build platform features end to end across the backend, dashboard, and internal clinic-deployment tooling
• Own features from specification with the operations team through production
• Work on the scenario engine and self-serve clinic onboarding
• Ship product improvements to more than 1,000 medical staff
• Collaborate daily with operations and sales teams
• Complete onboarding and ship a first dashboard improvement during the first week
• Own an end-to-end feature during the first month
• Ship part of the scenario engine or self-serve onboarding into production within the first 3 months
• Own a platform area within 6 to 12 months
• Participate in technical interviews and help onboard new engineers

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience shipping production software
• Comfortable with TypeScript and Node
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Ability to scope work and make prioritization decisions
• Experience or interest in building agent workflows is beneficial
• Willingness to work at least 3 days a week in the Paris office
• Strong academic background/top engineering school is a plus, not a requirement
• Ability to participate in technical interviews and help onboard future engineers
