Software Engineer - Support & Projects F/M

Overview

A multi-specialist player in digital transformation, business consulting and technology consulting, Audensiel supports its clients in all sectors of activity in France and internationally in the following areas: Digital, Consulting, Data/AI, IoT, Cybersecurity and Cloud/DevOps. The software application engineer position is a real springboard within AVS to evolve into areas of expertise.

Responsibilities

• Support/maintenance: Analyze and diagnose support requests from software users (questions, help, bug); customer follow-up.
• Participate in testing and validate new software features.
• Realization of customer projects around the software: development of software modules, creation of content (scenarios, 3D environments, etc.); document the work done through reports explaining the methodology used.
• Train new AVS customers to use the software.

Qualifications

• You are a graduate of a Bac +5 (engineering school or master) with a computer-dominant profile and have a minimum experience of 3 years in a similar position.
• Knowledge of SCANeR Studio and/or Windows - Linux would be a plus.
• You demonstrate autonomy, rigor and proactivity. Your ability to listen and analyze, combined with your sense of service, will be your assets for this position.
• You have a good level of written and oral expression in both French and English.
