About the role

Join our Search team to build and maintain the cloud infrastructure behind NeuralSearch, our AI-driven engine that combines vector and keyword capabilities. You will work on distributed systems that handle indexing and querying for thousands of global customers.

• Salary: 52,500 to 73,000 EUR base salary
• Team: Search Team

What you'll do

• Design and develop core indexing and search components.
• Manage system operations, including participation in an out-of-hours on-call rotation.
• Collaborate with a fully remote team to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain high standards for system reliability and code quality.
• Share expertise regarding distributed system architecture.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and operating distributed systems in production environments.
• Background in managing high-traffic systems and large datasets.
• Commitment to automated testing and rigorous engineering practices.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in high-growth companies with revenue in the 50M to 200M ARR range.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with Go.
• Experience managing Kubernetes.
• Background in Site Reliability Engineering.
