What you'll do

• Build and maintain application frameworks, infrastructure, and tooling for web and mobile frontends.
• Manage the layer connecting UI components to APIs, data, and platform services.
• Collaborate with feature teams to ensure platform tools meet developer requirements.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to optimize development workflows.
• Define and document golden paths for deployment, testing, security, and automation in partnership with SRE and security teams.
• Create services and tools that simplify application building and deployment.
• Use AI-assisted development to improve testing, building, and deployment speed.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap, focusing on modularization, CI/CD efficiency, and scalability.
• Write code primarily in TypeScript, with occasional tasks in Ruby, Go, Java, or shell scripts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript build systems and packaging pipelines such as Vite, Webpack, or Rollup.
• Knowledge of web performance optimization, including bundle analysis, code splitting, and Core Web Vitals.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies to solve complex issues.
• Experience developing secure, maintainable, and efficient products.
• Proficiency in English for daily team communication.
• Value for testing code.

Nice to have

• Experience managing technical migrations.
• Background in change management.
• Understanding of security topics and cloud infrastructure.
