Why We Need You?

We are expanding our Billing & Payments team to ensure a seamless, reliable billing experience. Your mission: design, develop, and maintain high‑quality software while enhancing scalability, maintainability, and performance of our billing systems.

Your Future Team

Work in a collaborative, international setting. You will join a team of 10 people, handling both technical and functional projects that align with the department roadmap. The role demands optimisation, high reliability, and a focus on technical excellence.

Joachim Audouard, Engineering Manager, holds a PhD in Physics and has led data‑driven teams across academia and tech companies. He brings scientific rigor, technical leadership, and a passion for impact initiatives.

Your Daily Routine

• Design technical solutions and challenge functional specifications
• Write clean, maintainable Python code following best practices
• Participate in architecture discussions and evolve our stack (code, observability, deployment)
• Engage in pair programming and code reviews
• Optimize system performance, especially in high‑volume PostgreSQL environments
• Integrate metrics and monitoring using Prometheus and Grafana
• Develop and maintain gRPC APIs (protobuf)
• Contribute to reducing technical debt while delivering new features
