Software Engineer Alan Precision (x/f/m)

Role Overview

Full‑stack Engineer building Alan Precision’s AI‑driven prevention platform. Gain end‑to‑end ownership across data ingestion, AI strategy, product experience, ecosystem integration, and international launch systems.

Responsibilities

• AI strategy : Design and implement the core AI layer that reads and synthesises biology, wearables, medical history, and lifestyle data to generate personalised insights and action plans.
• Data engineering : Build pipelines, lab and wearable integrations, document understanding, and the unified data model that powers the AI layer.
• Product experience : Ship a mobile‑first React Native app that keeps members engaged daily through onboarding, plans, retests, progress and insight moments.
• Product ecosystem : Create the connectors for Mo, Play, Clinic and Shop to share context, hand‑offs and referrals across Alan’s services.
• International launch : Engineer systems that enable rapid expansion to new markets: lab partner onboarding, localisation, pricing, and compliance.

Required Experience

• 3+ years of engineering experience with strong product instincts.
• Generalist comfortable across React Native, web, Python/Flask and learning new tech.
• Shipped AI‑powered production features (LLMs, agents, retrieval‑augmented systems, etc.).
• Delivered end‑to‑end products from idea to iteration based on real user data.
• Fluent in English.

Location

Must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain. Remote work is available but in‑person collaboration is valued.
