Software Engineer Alan Precision (x/f/m)

Scope

• Design and build the AI layer that interprets member data and generates personalized insights and action plans.
• Develop data pipelines and integrations to ingest lab results, wearable streams, medical history, and lifestyle inputs, creating a coherent data model.
• Create and ship a mobile‑first React Native experience that keeps members engaged daily with onboarding, daily plans, retests, progress, and insights.
• Build connective tissue with Alan’s ecosystem (Mo, Play, Clinic, Shop) to enable seamless handoffs and shared context across products.
• Engineer systems for rapid international expansion, including market‑specific lab partner integrations, language localization, and pricing.

The Stack

Python/Flask, TypeScript, React, React Native, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, Terraform, Datadog, Cloudflare, GitHub Actions. We deploy nightly in a monorepo.

Experience We Value

• 3+ years of engineering experience.
• Generalist capable of working on mobile, web, and backend as needed.
• Proven track record building AI‑powered production features (LLMs, agents, retrieval‑augmented systems, etc.).
• Experience shipping end‑to‑end products and iterating on user data.
• Fluent in English; French not required.
