Software Engineer Alan Precision (x/f/m)

Scope

You’ll work across the entire product surface as a full‑stack generalist.

1. AI as the strategist of your health

   Members come to Precision with messy, multi‑source data and one real question: "what should I actually do?" AI is how we answer it. You’ll build the AI layer that does this, and the loops that make it sharper over time.

2. The full health picture

   Before AI can help, the data has to be there: lab results, wearable streams, medical history, lifestyle inputs, all ingested cleanly and modelled coherently. You’ll build pipelines, integrations with lab partners and wearable APIs, document understanding, and the data model.

3. A product members want to open every day

   Most health products lose users after a week. A mobile‑first experience that turns a long‑term health protocol into something that members interact with daily: onboarding, daily plan, retests, progress, moments of insight. You’ll ship the React Native app and shape advanced prevention.

4. Plugged into the Alan ecosystem

   Precision is uniquely powerful inside Alan. You’ll build the connective tissue: handoffs to teleconsultation, specialist referrals, shared member context across products.

5. International expansion

   Being the European reference by 2030 means shipping across France, Spain, Belgium, Canada, and beyond. You’ll build systems that let us launch in a new market quickly, from lab partner integrations to languages and localized pricing.

The Stack

• Python/Flask, Typescript, React, React Native on the coding side.
• AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, Terraform, Datadog, Cloudflare, GitHub Actions on the platform side, all in a monorepo.

Experience we value

• 3+ years of engineering experience, with strong product‑engineering instincts.
• Generalist, comfortable across mobile, web, backend, and willing to learn what the product needs.
• Shipped AI‑powered features in production: LLMs, agents, retrieval‑augmented systems, evaluation, etc.
• Shipped real products end‑to‑end: from idea to production to iteration.
• Fluent in English (French is not required).

Location: You must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
