About the Team

You will join the Project Management Office (PMO) team, which works closely with research teams to build prototypes and software components that translate research results into tangible systems. The team collaborates across multiple research domains to turn promising ideas into impactful demonstrators and practical implementations.

Position

Software Engineer – Prototyping and Demonstration. Your mission is to advance AI for Robotics by building end‑to‑end prototypes, integrating machine learning models, and creating technical demonstrations that showcase research outcomes. The role requires autonomy, adaptability and a passion for rapid experimentation.

What We’re Looking For

We seek an engineer enthusiastic about building new technologies, motivated to turn ideas into working prototypes and compelling demonstrations.

Required Qualifications

• Engineering, Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong programming skills, especially in Python.
• Good understanding of software engineering practices, including architecture, testing, and version control.
• Rapid prototyping mindset – quick exploration and system building.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with researchers across domains.
• Interest in modern development practices, including AI‑assisted coding.
• Fluent English (working language).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch and modern ML workflows, GPU computing.
• Experience with prototype technologies: web development, mobile, UI, REST APIs, Docker.
• Ability to design engaging demos that showcase AI and robotics.
• Creative mindset, identifying potential use cases for research results.
