Construction is one of the largest industries in Europe — and one of the most outdated. Paper-based workflows, fragmented tools, and minimal digital adoption create massive inefficiencies, costing around €400B every year and impacting the daily work of 15+ million professionals.
Grafit is building the Operating System for Construction: a modern, all-in-one SaaS platform that simplifies and streamlines every step of a construction project — from quoting to commissioning, including purchasing, task management, and execution.
We are still in the early stages and moving fast:
- Raised €3M from top-tier investors in October 2024
- Product already in production with several paying customers and evolving daily.
- Targeting €1.5M ARR by the end of 2026
The team
- HugoL (CEO) : Graduated from Polytechnique, 6+ years in construction as a Project Manager and business owner, 2 years at BCG. I’ve lived the problems we’re solving, and I’m determined to simplify the daily lives of construction professionals.
- VictorB (CTPO) : Graduated from Polytechnique, 7+ years creating digital products across companies of all sizes and sectors.
- Tech team :
- 3 software engineers with Jérémie, VictorM and Camille and Maurane as freelance product designer
- Our stack : React (Vite + TypeScript) and Fastify (TypeScript)
- Elvire as Founder associate who takes care about sales, ops and strategy
We plan to be around ~10 people in the tech team by the end of the year.
What You’ll Do
Build products with tangible real-world impact, in a very early-stage startup, which means taking real ownership on product decisions.
- Product Design: Translate business workflows into technical solutions and prioritize pragmatically to quickly ship value to our users.
- Architecture Design: Evolve existing services effectively while maintaining a sharp focus on performance and maintainability.
- End-to-End Development: Own features from design to deployment and post-deployment monitoring.
