SOFTWARE ENGINEER
Your Role
As a Software Support Engineer, you proactively identify software malfunctions and implement quick solutions during independent field interventions. You are readily available to diagnose issues and assist with the on-site installation of fixes for our clients. Working in a dynamic environment, you document malfunctions and collaborate closely with development teams to continuously improve and synchronize the software platform. Furthermore, you train users on new features, relying on your strong analytical and listening skills to provide exceptional, responsive support while effectively managing pressure.
Who You Are
- Background or experience in industrial computing and industrial software environments.
- Solid technical skills in Object-Oriented Programming (ideally C#, or C++/Java), MultiThreading applications, and Git.
- Practical experience working with legacy code and software retro-engineering.
- Methodical, organized, and rigorous, with a strong ability to prioritize client requests.
- Fluent in English to navigate technical documentation and work across the APAC region.
