Job Overview

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Engineering, Product and Design (EPD) team. In this role you will own features from design to delivery, collaborating closely with product, design, and platform teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end feature development, including designing, coding, testing, and launching.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in cross‑squad reviews and syncs with the Platform Team.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth of the engineering community.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of code quality and delivery processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a scale‑up or high‑growth environment.
• Strong background in PHP and TypeScript; experience with Go is a plus.
• Proven ability to architect scalable solutions and solve complex problems.
• Fluency in English (oral and written). Bonus: knowledge of French and coaching experience.
• Experience collaborating with legal data and large language models is desirable.
