About the Role
Jus Mundi is looking for talented developers to join their EPD team (Engineering, Product and Design). This is an opportunity to join a team driven by tech and collaborative products. Our metrics focus on product value, not lines of code. Developers are owners of the features they ship, collaborating with product and design teams to transform the legal industry.
The Team
EPD team splits into mission‑driven squads, and you will join one of these squads alongside other developers, a product manager, and an engineering manager. Squads work closely with the Platform team for technical expertise.
Open Positions
- Data ingestion – push the boundaries of mass data discovery, ingestion, structuring, formatting, and enrichment. They build heavy pipelines to make all documents usable by other squads, from search to document representation, including AI indexation, anonymization, etc., collaborating with legal data and partnership teams.
- User Lifecycle & Growth – pamper users to ensure a smooth experience across the product, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and engagement. They work on user experience improvement and dashboard creation, collaborating with care, marketing, and sales teams.
Your Mission at Jus Mundi
As part of the EPD team, you will alternate between code writing and feature building. Every developer is a tech owner of an epic, following every step of the feature from design to go‑to‑market, supported by the whole team.
Preferred Experience
- Stack primarily PHP and Typescript; some specialized workers in Go for data ingestion. Other major languages accepted if you are willing to work with these languages.
- Proven record of solution‑oriented approach in a scale‑up, at least 5 years of experience in such an environment.
- Fluency in English (oral and written). Native French a bonus.
- Bonus: experience coaching junior developers and understanding French.
