Dust is a Sequoia-backed company building an AI operating system that transforms how teams work.

Responsibilities

• Own critical features end‑to‑end: design and implement core product experiences that directly impact how users interact with AI.
• Scope and lead technical projects to completion with a full‑stack perspective and opinionated prioritization.
• Collaborate closely with users: work directly with customers to understand their needs and rapidly iterate on solutions.
• Build for scale: design and implement systems that gracefully handle increasing complexity while maintaining simplicity for users.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript (React.js, Next.js).
• Experience with Rust (preferred but not required; other languages acceptable).
• Strong background in backend development with Node.js, Kubernetes, Terraform/Helm.
• Experience with databases including PostgreSQL, QDrant, and Elasticsearch.
• Familiarity with devops tooling such as Datadog, GitHub Actions CI/CD.

• Frontend: TypeScript, React, shadcn.
• Backend: Next.js, Node.js, Rust (optional).
• Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, QDrant, Elasticsearch.
• DevOps: Datadog, GitHub Actions.

Benefits & Compensation

• Base salary range €30K – €150K*.
• Relocation stipend up to €10k and assistance with apartment search, residence, and work permit.
