The Software and Trading Support Engineer is responsible for analyzing and resolving technical incident tickets relating to our platforms and order placement systems. Working closely with the development and compliance teams, you will implement innovative technical solutions that will improve the quality and performance of our platform, thus contributing directly to customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Thoroughly investigate all incidents related to trading and the order placement systems.
- Resolve technical issues in collaboration with development teams.
- Write clear and precise reports concerning these incidents for our clients and for our compliance department.
- Identify recurring problems in the use of our software and/or our services and propose ideas for improvement.
- Analyze customer feedback to improve the features and user experience of our software.
- Contribute to improving help manuals, videos, FAQs, and other help resources.
Profile sought:
- Fluency in written and spoken English and French.
- Strong analytical, synthesis and communication skills, enabling you to effectively solve technical problems in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve technical incidents.
- Ability to manage several projects at the same time in a dynamic environment.
This position is open to both recent graduates and more experienced candidates.
