The Soft Goods Stylist is responsible for preparing, organizing, and styling products for e‑commerce, OnFigure, and campaign photo shoots, ensuring all assets uphold Peter Millar’s premium brand standards. This role partners closely with Styling Leads, Art Directors, photographers, Studio Operations, and cross‑functional teams to create high‑quality, artful imagery that showcases key product attributes across all channels. The Stylist must bring a refined aesthetic, strong product knowledge, and the ability to consistently generate elevated visual assets in a fast‑paced studio environment.

COMPETENCIES

• Strong understanding of the Peter Millar brand and customer.
• Expertise in materials, garment construction, and soft‑goods styling across men’s, women’s, and youth categories.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across creative and studio teams.
• High level of creativity and innovation with a sharp eye for detail.
• Strong organizational skills and knowledge of the men’s fashion industry.

DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of styling experience in a similar studio or brand‑focused environment.
• A plus if able to style in studio e‑commerce on‑figure needs as requested.
