Social Reporting & People Analytics Lead (AI-Driven)

Nexans seeks a senior HR data analytics leader to own end-to-end social reporting, from CSRD disclosures to regulatory filings, in a global context. You will partner with statutory auditors, shape data ownership across the HR community and push AI-driven automation across the reporting cycle.

You will design and govern the HR data ecosystem (EC, SAC, Datasphere), consolidate HR indicators, and deliver clear, self-service dashboards for HR and business stakeholders worldwide.
