Publita owns Promozilla, a leading platform in the retail promotions industry that connects consumers with the best deals and offers. Promozilla is similar to Folders.nl, our Dutch platform aggregating promotional folders, deals, and discounts from a wide range of retailers.

We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager who understands the French market and can communicate effectively in both French and English. You’ll take ownership of our content, campaigns, and social presence, helping us grow engagement and deliver value to our users.

Profile – This role is for you if

  • You are fluent in French and have a good understanding of English (written and spoken).
  • You are based in France.
  • You have a strong understanding of the French market and consumer behaviour.
  • You have hands‑on experience with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • You understand content creation and social media best practices.
  • You have experience managing content calendars and campaigns.
  • You have basic skills in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • You are organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • You enjoy creating engaging, creative, and performance‑driven content.
  • You can work independently in a remote, async environment.
  • You are open to working 20–25 hours per week on an hourly basis.

  • You need constant direction or structured processes to get started.
  • You prefer stability over change and experimentation.
  • You are comfortable in environments where average performance is accepted.
  • You struggle with remote work or async communication.
  • You wait for permission instead of taking initiative.
  • You avoid hands‑on execution and prefer only strategic work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and optimize content across social platforms.
  • Manage and grow social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Build and engage an active online community.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and content calendar.
  • Analyze performance and continuously improve content strategy.

  • Strong community interaction and loyalty.
