Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager – France to build and lead Anker's social presence across the French market. You’ll own the strategy end-to-end — from building our social channels from scratch to driving campaigns that genuinely resonate with French audiences.

What You’ll Do

• Own the 0-to-1 build and long-term operation of our brand presence across major French social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Group, X, LinkedIn, and more).
• Deeply understand each platform’s algorithm and traffic mechanics, and independently design differentiated growth and engagement strategies aligned with our brand positioning.

2、Own the content calendar & campaign execution

• Create a social calendar tailored to French cultural preferences, with sharp instincts and strong visual taste.
• Independently lead full-cycle social campaigns — from planning to execution.
• Produce basic content yourself (graphics, short video, etc.) while seamlessly coordinating with in‑house designers or external creative agencies for consistent output.
• Own campaign budget allocation, resource coordination, execution pace, and data‑driven review — accountable for breakout impact.
• Build and continuously optimise an in‑house KOL/KOC resource pool for the French market — including influencer discovery, relationship building, negotiation, campaign execution, and long‑term relationship management.
• Establish a tiered influencer management and selection system to support seeding and campaign needs, turning local creators into a sustainable, reusable social asset.

What You Bring

• French at B2 level or above (native speakers or candidates with long‑term living/working experience in France preferred), able to write authentic localised copy and conduct business communication in French.
• Deep understanding of French culture, youth trends, and the French tech ecosystem, with high market sensitivity.
• Proven experience independently operating overseas social media across IG / TikTok / FB / LinkedIn, with strong command of each platform’s rules and best practices.
• Track record of planning and successfully delivering medium‑to‑large social campaigns.
• Strong cross‑functional coordination and project management skills; able to work smoothly with designers and agencies.
• Experience building and managing an in‑house KOL resource pool.
• Bonus: proficiency in AI creative tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to boost content efficiency, or an existing network of French KOLs/KOCs and tech media contacts.
