JOB DESCRIPTION

The Social Media Manager plays a key role in bringing our brands and games to life across social and digital platforms. Working closely with cross-functional partners around the world, you will develop engaging social content strategies, coordinate global campaigns, and help foster meaningful conversations with our communities. From content planning and channel management to trend spotting and performance analysis, you will ensure our social presence remains relevant, innovative, and player-focused.

Key responsibilities :

Managestrategy,development,and distributionof social content for assigned titles across social platforms, stand-alone destinations, and Ubi.com

Manageglobalsocialcontent calendarfor assigned titles

Seek out and make recommendations to aligndigital-driven original content w/ Prod, Community, Brand, Comms, andCRM calendar

Partner with cross-functional teams tooptimizetacticsandprograms as outlined bysocial mediamarketing team; heavily support coordination of executional details

Owndevelopment and executional plan to launch new social or owned channels

Serve as a key contact and partner to cross-functional partners, agencies,media,and internal production, includingreviewingassets, providingconsolidatedfeedback,andliaising with Social Media Publishing partnerfor posting executions and analytics

Managecampaign coordination and information sharing withall local regional hub partners

Provide updates to larger marketing organization about trends and opportunitieson social media

Identifybenchmarks forsocial programs;monitorprogress and contribute optimization recommendations to apply learnings as we go

Liaise with Analytics & Insights Manager, and Social Media Publisheron pulse point reporting needs

Identifysocial mediamarketing trends, competitive research,best practices,and key opportunities for innovation

Coordinate with Social Media Publisher counterpart forall social posting needs

Serve as key contact for XF partners as well as local EHs todisseminatekey information

Post social content and trailers if needed (ad hoc)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A first experience working in the field of consumer marketing, digital marketing, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong interest and basic knowledge of digital & social marketing programsincludingcontent creation,digital production, social media behavior, research,analyticsanddeveloping insights
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Collaborative, proactive,and solutions orientated
  • Active participant in digital and social media channels
  • Passion for internet and gaming culture a big plus
  • Entertainment or video game industry experience a plus

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
