We're looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to join our Brand team, shape our voice across platforms, and drive meaningful engagement with our rapidly growing global community.
What will you do?
- Own and execute PURE's social media strategy across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, and beyond), with clear KPIs for growth, engagement, and conversion
- Create bold, premium campaigns that spark real conversations around dating, relationships, and connection, always in PURE's distinctive voice
- Turn cultural moments and trends into fast, timely content opportunities that amplify PURE's mission
- Plan, shoot, and edit UGC-style and creator-led content — comfortable stepping in front of the camera yourself when a piece calls for it
- Build and nurture a highly engaged community through proactive, authentic interaction — not just posting, but genuinely participating in conversations
- Tap into cultural conversations and spaces in a unique, courageous way, understanding when and how to show up so PURE's tone and voice reach the right audience, in the right space, at the right moment
- Plan and run paid social campaigns end-to-end, from setup through optimization and reporting, as a core, high-priority part of the role
- Lead a data-driven content strategy, using analytics to optimize performance and ROI
- Partner closely with product, design, copy, and performance teams to translate product moments and features into culturally relevant content
- Build strong working relationships across internal teams and outside partners, brands, creators, and collaborators, balancing independent ownership of your work with genuine cross-functional collaboration
- Take creative risks, pilot new formats, test bold ideas, and learn fast from what works and what doesn't
Who are we looking for?
- 5+ years driving social media strategy and execution for consumer brands, ideally with some product marketing exposure
- Hands‑on experience running paid social ad campaigns – setup, optimization, budget management, and performance reporting
- A track record of growing audiences organically and understanding paid social fundamentals
- Strong portfolio showing campaigns that drove real, measurable results – not just vanity metrics
- Comfortable being on camera and creating fast, native‑feeling UGC content, not just briefing others to do it
- Comfortable working in a sex‑positive space, and shows up creatively and consciously within it
- Experience navigating sensitive or nuanced topics with tact, authenticity, and cultural awareness
- A genuinely curious, cross‑functional mindset – happy working closely with product, design, and performance teams rather than in a silo
- Global perspective – has worked with or is curious about audiences outside a single home market
- Genuinely plugged into dating, relationships, culture, music, art, and nightlife – someone who's already living in these worlds, not just observing them
- Creative problem‑solver who can work within (and cleverly around) platform content guidelines
