Social Controlling Manager

• Act as a Business Partner to operational departments, Human Resources, and the Transformation Department
• Challenge departmental recruitment needs, mobility plans, and budgets
• Manage key HR KPIs, including turnover, absenteeism, and management ratios
• Flag deviations and assess the profitability of organizational decisions
• Recommend optimization levers related to staffing, costs, and productivity
• Build workforce evolution scenarios based on business assumptions
• Use AI, predictive models, and GenAI to refine payroll cost projections and anticipate trends
• Assess the financial and organizational impacts of scenarios to support management decision-making
• Analyze headcount by entity, function, and geography
• Produce monthly reports on FTEs, payroll costs, and average costs
• Analyze variances between actuals, budget, and forecasts
• Lead the preparation and revision of the payroll budget
• Project employment-related costs
• Modernize management tools using Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio
• Automate tasks using scripts, macros, and AI tools

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in social controlling or corporate controlling roles
• Ideally, experience in a multi-site, matrix, or rapidly scaling and structuring environment
• Strong interest in and curiosity about payroll cost monitoring
• Excellent command of Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and Google Sheets or Excel
• Solid foundations in financial modeling, ideally applied to payroll costs, FTEs, and performance KPIs
• Strong interest in AI and data, with curiosity about or experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or predictive AI for financial data analysis
• Proficiency or ease with data visualization tools: Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau
• Knowledge of payroll data or HRIS is preferred
• A challenging mindset, strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and the ability to explain financial concepts clearly
• Ability to persuade, engage stakeholders, and challenge requests using fact-based arguments and a solution-oriented approach
• Experience with transformation projects is a plus
