JOB TITLE: Education Specialist (CDI)


Within the Sales & Education team, and reporting to the Education Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and following up on LANEIGE, INNISFREE & AESTURA training activations across Europe and the Middle East.


You will oversee all aspects of the brands’ training programs — including training packages, webinars, in-store sessions, and retail training events — to support the development of beauty advisors’ expertise and boost sales performance.


Your mission is to identify training needs, build the annual training calendar, and ensure consistent delivery of the brands’ DNA, product knowledge, and values across our retail partners (Sephora, Oh My Cream, Nocibé, and MiiN Cosmetics).


Training Strategy & Execution

  • Ensure excellence in the execution of the Europe and Middle East training strategy.
  • Oversee the organization and delivery of all training sessions across the region.
  • Update and adapt training content to align with brand strategy and cascade it to retail teams.
  • Monitor participant satisfaction and analyze feedback to continuously improve training quality.
  • Prepare and execute seasonal product and brand trainings for new launches.
  • Design and facilitate customized workshops based on retail team needs.
  • Lead specific training sessions for new launches in collaboration with retailer HQs and retail staff.


Retail Staff Development

  • Organize and deliver onboarding trainings to equip new hires with brand culture, product knowledge, and selling techniques for LANEIGE, INNISFREE & AESTURA.
  • Conduct basic, seasonal, virtual, and in-store trainings to strengthen brand and product expertise.
  • Coordinate training logistics, materials, and event preparation to ensure impactful activations.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting K-Beauty culture, values, and heritage.


Store Visits & Social Media

  • Drive sales and service performance through regular store visits, coaching, and performance follow-up.
  • Assess knowledge retention and provide in-store feedback to enhance skills and reinforce objectives.
  • Report to the Training Manager on findings, action plans, and progress.
  • Manage the internal education Instagram account: plan and post relevant content related to training actions and activations.
  • Create social media content for Sephora University and other key retail partners during major training activations (stories, videos, quizzes).


PROFILE

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training, marketing, or communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging training programs.
  • Lead by example as an Amorepacific ambassador.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, and coaching skills with genuine interest in developing others.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with retail staff and partners.


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of skincare, customer service, and retail excellence standards.
  • Coaching expertise; experience in derma-cosmetics is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage international projects independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.



NOTE: This role requires frequent travel, approximately 50% of the time, across Europe and the Middle East.
