Site Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workers.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to project plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on-site.
• Inspect work quality and ensure standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers.
• Manage site materials, tools, and equipment.
• Report daily progress, issues, and delays to management.
• Resolve on-site problems and conflicts efficiently.
• Ensure proper documentation and site records are maintained.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field .
• 2–5 years of experience in construction or site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety standards.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and plans.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
