About the client
Our client is a confidential major French gas transmission system operator (TSO), delivering infrastructure projects on gas transport and storage sites in interface with a gas storage operator. Established project, operations and HSE teams support the safe execution of works to strict health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
Project scope
The assignment provides multi-disciplinary (Level 2) site supervision for a gas infrastructure project at the Cuvilly site, in interface with the gas storage operator. The supervisor covers multi-disciplinary and mechanical / piping supervision, oversees contractors and site activities to schedule, safety and quality, and uses the AGIL AT tool for site supervision. Onsite from 17 August 2026 until the end of the year, with possible extension.
Role overview
To supervise multi-disciplinary site works (Level 2) on a gas infrastructure project, ensuring safe, on-schedule and quality execution and integrating quickly into the project team.
Reporting line: You will report to the project / site management, interfacing with the gas storage operator's teams and the contractors on site.
Key responsibilities
Site supervision
- Provide multi-disciplinary (Level 2) site supervision, covering mechanical, piping and general works
- Supervise contractors and site activities to schedule, safety and quality
- Use the AGIL AT tool for site supervision and follow-up
Coordination and HSE
- Integrate quickly into the project team and support coordination across disciplines
- Ensure works comply with the storage operator's site safety rules and applicable regulations
- Multi-disciplinary site supervision delivered for the project through end 2026
- Contractors and site activities supervised to schedule, safety and quality
- Site supervision followed up and reported (AGIL AT)
- Site safety rules and regulations upheld
Requirements
Education
Technical background suited to industrial / gas site supervision.
Experience
- Must-have: Level 2 multi-disciplinary (polyvalent) site supervision on industrial / gas construction sites
- Must-have: Mastery of the AGIL AT tool
- Must-have: Strong team spirit, mutual aid and ability to integrate quickly into a project team
- Nice‑to‑have: Prior experience on gas-storage-operator sites - strongly preferred; mechanical / piping supervision
Certifications
- Site safety and access qualifications for a gas / industrial site (to be confirmed with the client)
Technical skills
