Site Superintendent – Deep Foundations (Rotating Nights)

BAUER Foundations Canada Inc. is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead site operations on a complex foundation project in Quebec City. You will ensure health and safety, quality, productivity, and compliance while coordinating crews, equipment, and subcontractors on site.

We look for 7+ years in deep foundations and strong leadership, with the ability to interpret drawings and communicate effectively. The role involves a 14 days on/7 off rotating night shift and travel as needed.
