Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5–7 years of superintendent experience in vertical construction; medical facility or federal/USACE experience strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work in a remote island environment on a rotational or long-term assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily on-site construction operations for a medical facility project.
• Ensure all work complies with USACE specifications, drawings, QC requirements, and UFC healthcare design standards.
• Supervise subcontractors and field personnel; coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and QC Manager to maintain schedule, resolve field issues, and manage changes.
