Theodo Cloud is the DevSecOps arm of Theodo, specializing in building scalable, resilient and secure cloud infrastructures. We help scale‑ups and large enterprises solve business problems through technology.

Overview

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our Run team. The Run team of 7 people focuses on incident response, maintaining operational stability and optimizing customer infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• React to production incidents and conduct investigations.
• Produce post‑mortems and communicate findings to customers.
• Answer customer questions and recommend infrastructure improvements.
• Participate in on‑call rotations (voluntary).

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background (polysci).
• First professional experience with infra/Cloud technologies, especially Kubernetes.
• Rigorous and good stress management to react quickly in production.
