Overview
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our Run team. The Run team of 7 people focuses on incident response, maintaining operational stability and optimizing customer infrastructures.
Responsibilities
- React to production incidents and conduct investigations.
- Produce post‑mortems and communicate findings to customers.
- Answer customer questions and recommend infrastructure improvements.
- Participate in on‑call rotations (voluntary).
Qualifications
- Strong engineering background (polysci).
- First professional experience with infra/Cloud technologies, especially Kubernetes.
- Rigorous and good stress management to react quickly in production.
