Site Negotiators

Description

The Regional Deployment Manager allocates the department's resources according to the deployment projects within their scope. They are responsible for prescribing tasks, performing quality checks, and validating deliverables. They contribute to the successful execution of deployment projects, in support of the end-to-end Project Operations Coordinator (CPO).These activities are carried out in alignment with the company’s overall strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define internal and external tasks required for project progress
• Produce in-house deliverables (Technical Site Visit Reports, Feasibility Studies, Detailed Preliminary Designs, etc.)
• Monitor the implementation and progress of prescribed internal or external tasks
• Validate deliverables provided by internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure real-time updates of the Nextgen portals, databases, and project tracking tools to facilitate reporting
• Participate in project kick-off meetings and implement decisions regarding resource planning and logistics
• Alert Project Operations Coordinators of any risk of delays or quality issues
• Coordinate with RPS (Property Specialists) to ensure legal site compliance and identify necessary procedures for adhering to urban planning regulations (DP, PC, DIM, DIB, etc.)
• Ensure safety rules are followed and prevention plans are established
• Propose solutions to Project Operations Coordinators to prioritize and schedule work based on local constraints or regional client priorities
• Suggest viable technical and cost-effective alternatives to Project Operations Coordinators
• Lead or participate in regular progress meetings with operational teams and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with the company’s General and Technical Work Specifications (CCTG & CCTP) during project execution

Profil e

• to 5-year degree in telecommunications, construction, or project management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in leading or monitoring telecom or technical infrastructure deployment projects
• Fluent in French and English
