The main responsibilities during execution of the projects
- From TTM up to CGR, accountable for
- Contribution of site manufacturing organization to
- Industrial QCD Management
- Supply chain process definition & validation
- Quality plan validation
- Industrialization activities
- Manufacturing contribution of EHS risks & Ergonomics analysis
- Preparation of the site manufacturing activities
- Manufacturing planning preparation (workload,…)
- Manufacturing resources availability & skills management (staffing, trainings, qualification, …)
- Industrial process Hand-over from PME to manufacturing
- APSYS deployment preparation
- Operators training covering manufacturing & self-inspections
- Contribution of site manufacturing organization to
- As of CGR up to FQA, accountable for
- Finalization of manufacturing preparation
- All the Manufacturing activities all the projects
- APSYS deployment in manufacturing
- SQCD performance, and tracking via the associated KPI
- Continuous improvement of SQCD performance of the manufacturing organization
- Issues Management via MES (if deployed)
- Issues are raised in MES on time
- Assuring corrective actions are closed (e.g. QRQC, …)
- Organization of the execution of changes (design or industrial) to the product
- Organization of retrofit execution of first trains/equipment’s (if applicable)
- 1st Train(s) /products Manufacturing Feedback to support functions in order to improve SQCD performance
- Manufacturing REX at end of project
The main responsibilities for Site Manufacturing activities
- Responsible for manufacturing equipment management (Investment requirements, OEE, Utilization ratio, …)
- Contribution to site assets optimization (CAPEX reductions, CAPEX optimizations, Flexible manufacturing lines, ...)
- Contribution to site/Alstom Indus 4.0 deployment initiatives (AOS, Automation, Digitalization…)
- Responsible for the contribution of the Manufacturing organization to the continuous performance improvement of the site
- Active participation to the Alstom Manufacturing Directors Network
- Accountable for the on time reporting of the Manufacturing KPI to central function
- Ensuring, with support of the EHS organization, application of all rules concerning environmental protection within the scope of activities of the>
The main responsibilities as hierarchical manager of all employees of the Manufacturing organization
- Accountable for time management (presence management and activity management) of all employees, and compliance with local legislation
- Accountable for continuously improving occupational safety of all employees, including contractors (if applicable) working for the manufacturing organization
- Accountable for the development of all employees, which means further development of the qualification matrix for product-related and technology-related processes, as well as general technological and personal qualification
- Accountable for the availability of the required resources, according to workload and production planning
- Accountable for the optimization of the overall workload of the manufacturing organization
- Accountable for the PMC (People Management Cycle) as per local HR policy, for the manufacturing organization
- Accountable for the implementation and application of the corporate policies (IRIS, EHS, OHSAS, Ethics and Compliance…), for the manufacturing organization
