Site Manager — Industrial Electrical Installation

We are seeking an experienced site manager to lead the organisation, supervision, and execution of electrical installation projects in industrial environments — primarily within the automotive industry. Assignments are based in Slovenia and across the EU, working alongside leading international clients.

What We Expect

• At least Level V education in electrical engineering (post-secondary or university preferred)
• Several years of experience leading industrial projects or construction sites
• Solid knowledge of electrical installations and industrial systems (automotive experience is a plus)
• Active command of English (German is an advantage)
• Willingness to work abroad
• Strong leadership, organisation, initiative, and reliability
• Category B driver's license
