Site Manager (F/M/X)

About the Role

Our Collonges team, composed of 120 people, is integrated in the Silica business unit. As a Site Manager you will lead all activities in the Collonges facility and support the overall operational excellence and strategic growth of the site. You will report to the Operations director of the Business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of plant operations (manufacturing, engineering, HSE, materials, etc.)
• Ensure a safe and regulatory compliant work environment
• Lead, coach and develop teams to ensure high performance and engagement
• Maximize plant productivity and quality while minimizing manufacturing expenses and optimizing working capital
• Manage stakeholders with corporate leadership, regulatory bodies and external partners

About you

Relevant education degree or equivalent in Chemical or Mechanical engineering.

Relevant work experience in a similar position in the chemical industry.

About the Pay

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is € 97 520 - € 138 900 per year in France. Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
