CSA Site Manager, Data Centres - Fit Out, Permanent, Paris

We’re working with a leading data‑centre fit‑out contractor delivering high‑spec CSA packages across mission‑critical environments. They’re now looking for a CSA Site Manager to take ownership of day‑to‑day site delivery on a flagship Paris project‑driving safety, programme, quality, and subcontractor performance from start through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day site operations across CSA fit‑out works in a live project environment
• Manage the CSA interior package , typically including:
  • internal partitions/walls
  • structural ceilings
  • raised access flooring
  • hot aisle containment (HAC) / associated fit‑out elements
• Coordinate subcontractors, logistics, and sequencing to protect programme and quality
• Run site briefings/toolbox talks and maintain strong EHS standards
• Drive QA/QC and ensure works are completed to specification and inspection‑ready
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation (digital site tools / ACC exposure beneficial)
• Communicate clearly with the wider project team and client stakeholders

Required Experience / Background

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering CSA fit‑out / interiors works (data centres strongly preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of H&S , QA/QC, and site documentation controls
• Confident managing multiple subcontractors and fast‑paced fit‑out programmes
• Strong communication skills and a hands‑on, solutions‑led approach
• Language: English required (French beneficial)
