Site Manager

Working in a highly international environment, you will coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of on-site activities while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

• Manage all on-site installation and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with international stakeholders, contractors, and agencies across Europe, India, China, Korea, Russia, and Japan.
• Oversee site administration, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure project milestones, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when required.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all site-related activities.
• Ensure effective communication between engineering teams, suppliers, and project management.
• Prepare regular project reports and provide updates to management.

WHAT ARE WE EXPECTING?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager, or Commissioning Manager on large-scale industrial, energy, EPC, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience managing installation and commissioning activities.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
• Good understanding of project documentation, administrative processes, and site compliance.
• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience in nuclear, energy, heavy industry, or large EPC projects.
• Knowledge of international project environments and multicultural teams.
• Familiarity with HSE standards and commissioning procedures.
