Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead day-to-day operations on major data centre fit-out projects.

You will be responsible for managing site activities from early works through to final completion, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of complex interior packages within mission‑critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
• Oversee fit‑out works including ceilings, walls, raised access floors, and HAC systems
• Run toolbox talks and enforce strong EHS standards
• Track progress using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Coordinate with QA/QC, logistics, engineering, and project teams
• Identify and resolve site issues quickly to maintain programme delivery
• Support reporting and communication with project leadership

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in construction or fit‑out
• Experience in data centres or mission‑critical environments preferred
• Strong understanding of EHS, QA/QC, and site coordination
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple workstreams
• Familiarity with digital site tools (ACC or similar) beneficial
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluent English (French highly advantageous)
• High mobility and willingness to work across European project sites
