Site Finance Controller: Drive Margin & KPIs

Johnson Electric seeks an experienced Site Controller for its Hirson facility. This role involves financial oversight, performance analytics, and close collaboration with various departments to establish budgets and monitor KPIs. You'll be responsible for leading monthly financial closings, developing dashboards, and ensuring compliance with budgets.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in finance or accounting, at least 4 years of experience in industrial financial controlling, and fluency in French and English. A proactive mindset and strong analytical skills are essential.
