Missions

The Support Technician is responsible for following up/managing winded vessels in response to new product developments, , under the supervision of the Workshop manager.

The Support Technician is responsible for operating the winding machine in the workshop, to secure the winding of the composite pressure vessel as planned by the engineers.

Activities

• Drawing up and checking production report forms (order completion - registration of discards - etc.).
• Follow-up of proposed (project) plans.
• Control of the production orders carried out by him.
• Compliance with the instructions and procedures laid down for his machine.
• Developing professional skills and working habits in the workplace.
• Recording and reporting deviations found within production.
• Production identification management (prototypes, 0-series, semi-finished and finished products/containers).
• Performing first level maintenance and repairs to his machine.
• Registering maintenance performed or troubleshooting.
• Operates according to the procedure/instructions and forms described in ISO 9001 ECE R110, EC R79 and ECE R134
